Free estimates are provided for informational purposes and are not binding contracts until a separate written agreement is signed by both parties. Pricing, availability, and scheduling are subject to change. Same-day appointment fees, where applicable, are disclosed before payment.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
SMS Terms of Service
By checking the SMS consent checkbox on a form on massandmass.com, or by texting us first, you agree to receive text messages from Mass & Mass LLC about your service request, estimate, and appointment. The checkbox is unchecked by default; submitting a form without checking it does not opt you in to text messages.
- Program: Messages include appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling and qualifying questions, and replies to your inbound messages about your roofing project.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. The checkbox is never required in order to submit a form, and you are not required to agree to receive texts in order to purchase any goods or services.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Typically 1-5 messages per inquiry or appointment.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
- Help: Reply HELP for help, or call us at (425) 435-5800 or email sales@massandmass.com.
- Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Carrier disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
