SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text messaging program operated by Mass & Mass LLC, a licensed roofing contractor (WA L&I license MASSMML832MJ) located at 3970 W Lake Sammamish Pkwy NE, Redmond, WA 98052.

1. Program Description

The Mass & Mass LLC SMS program sends customer care and appointment-related text messages to people who have requested an estimate, booked an appointment, or contacted us about roofing, gutter, siding, or exterior home improvement services.

Messages you may receive include:

• Appointment confirmations and scheduling changes
• Appointment reminders
• Questions needed to prepare or qualify your free estimate
• Replies to text messages you send us
• Follow-up about your roofing project or service request

Sample message: “Mass & Mass: Hi John, confirming your free roof estimate on Tue 7/29 at 10:00 AM at 123 Main St. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.”

2. How You Opt In

You opt in to receive text messages from Mass & Mass LLC by checking the SMS consent checkbox on a form on massandmass.com, or by sending us a text message first. The checkbox is unchecked by default and you must check it yourself — submitting a form without checking it does not opt you in to text messages, and we will not text you.

At the point of collection, every lead and booking form on massandmass.com presents this checkbox, unchecked, directly above the submit button:

Consent is not a condition of purchase. The checkbox is never required in order to submit a form. You can request an estimate, book an appointment, and purchase any goods or services from Mass & Mass LLC without agreeing to receive text messages — we will simply contact you by phone or email instead.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. We will never text a number we did not receive directly from you.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Typically you will receive 1-5 messages per inquiry or appointment.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Mass & Mass LLC does not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates apply. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.

5. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time to any message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent to that number.

7. Carriers & Delivery

Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.

8. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your mobile phone number, your SMS opt-in, and your consent to receive text messages are never sold, rented, or shared with anyone for their own marketing or promotional use. For full details on what we collect and how we use it, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
