Mass & Mass LLC is a licensed Washington State roofing contractor based in Redmond, serving the Greater Seattle area. We install and repair asphalt, metal, and flat roofs, plus siding, gutters, and exterior painting for residential and small-commercial properties.

Our story

Mass & Mass LLC was founded in 2016 by Wilson Massambani. The company began with roof cleaning and maintenance work — moss removal, gutter clearing, and the kind of preventive upkeep that Pacific Northwest roofs need to survive years of rain, shade, and debris. Working on roof after roof across the Eastside, we saw first-hand how small, ignored problems turn into failed decking, interior leaks, and premature replacements. That experience shaped how we work today: we would rather catch a problem early and fix it honestly than sell a homeowner more than they need.

Over the years that started with cleaning and maintenance, Mass & Mass grew into a full-service roofing contractor. Today we handle everything from a single leak repair to a complete tear-off and re-roof, along with storm and wind damage restoration, metal roofing, gutters, siding, and exterior painting. We remain a Redmond-based, owner-operated company — the same person who answers the phone is accountable for the work that gets done on your roof.

Mass & Mass LLC is licensed, bonded, and insured in Washington State, and we hold manufacturer and safety certifications that not every roofer carries. As a CertainTeed ShingleMaster™ certified contractor, we can install CertainTeed roofing systems with SureStart™ Plus extended-warranty coverage — protection most contractors are not authorized to offer. We are based in Redmond and serve the greater Seattle Eastside and Puget Sound region across King and Snohomish counties. Our regular service area includes Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, Bothell, Sammamish, Issaquah, Renton, Kent, Auburn, Federal Way, Tacoma, Lynnwood, Edmonds, Shoreline, Mercer Island, Newcastle, Woodinville, Marysville, Everett, and Seattle.
